About Aterlo
Aterlo Networks was launched in Waterloo, Ontario in 2014 when our founders—Gerrit Nagelhout, Dan Siemon, and Scot Loach—used their combined 30+ years of network experience to create a product that allowed people living in rural communities to stream Netflix online, regardless of the quality of their internet connection.
In 2017, we pivoted to create Preseem, a product that helps local and regional internet service providers understand and improve the subscriber experience to meet the growing demand for streaming, online gaming, video calls, and reliable internet access and speed. Specifically, Preseem allows ISPs to identify and solve network issues while lowering support costs and improving internet quality for their subscribers.
Today, Aterlo has grown to over 35 employees, with hundreds of deployments around the world and a healthy pipeline of new products designed to help our customers measure, analyze, and improve their network performance.
